These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SunTrack mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Choi Sunsolar LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use SunTrack. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Services

SunTrack is a solar energy monitoring and optimization application that allows users to connect compatible inverters and battery systems, view real-time and historical energy data, receive generation forecasts, and access energy-saving recommendations. The Services are provided for informational and management purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at sungsoo@choisunsolarllc.online.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected hardware.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Services without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

5. Hardware Compatibility

SunTrack supports connection to many major inverter brands via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware models or configurations. Energy data accuracy depends on the quality of data provided by your inverter and local network conditions. We are not responsible for hardware malfunctions or connectivity issues outside our control.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Professional Advice

The energy savings estimates, forecasts, and optimization tips provided by SunTrack are for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional electrical, financial, or energy consulting advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant changes to your energy system or utility arrangements.

6.2 Service Availability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability.

6.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accurate monitoring and reporting, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of energy data displayed in the app. Actual energy production and savings may vary based on weather, equipment performance, and other factors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with SunTrack and the Services are owned by Choi Sunsolar LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by the Company without obligation or compensation to you. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate it into our products and services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Fees and Payment

Basic features of SunTrack may be offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed before purchase, and applicable refund policies will be provided at the time of transaction.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time by contacting us or through in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Choi Sunsolar LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Choi Sunsolar LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
